Cancellations and Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your BabyBox for some reason, then that is a fundamental problem !
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please notify us by email at admin@babyboxlondon.com before 3:00pm on the day of ordering. Please quote your order reference number together with your name and contact details.
If your BabyBox has already been despatched, it can still be returned to us at the address below within 7 days of receipt. Provided that the goods are in an unused and re-saleable condition, you can expect a full refund or exchange within 30 days of returning an item. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for postage when making a return. It is a good idea to send items by registered post, as we can only be responsible for goods returned in this way.

Return of Incorrect or Faulty Products
We hope you will never have cause to read this section of our Terms & Conditions.
In the event that the contents of your BabyBox are faulty, incorrect or damaged in some way, please follow the returns procedure outlined above within 7 days of delivery.
In this event, we will naturally refund you the cost of the return postage in addition to the cost of the goods and your original postage and packing charge.
Payment and Taxes
All prices are quoted in British Sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT), where applicable, at the present rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.
All payments will be charged in British Sterling (£). We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta and Electron. Customer payments by credit card from outside the UK will be invoiced in British Sterling (£) at the rates prevailing at the time the order is placed.
Postage and packing are charged in addition to the price of any goods and are clearly stated before the point of purchase.
We reserve the right to contact the client regarding their order and it’s delivery, since the delivery costs are estimated and should it be required there may need to be an adjustment to the delivery values.
Security
We go to great lengths to ensure the security of your orders.
Online payment is provided in a secure environment and our online store is maintained on a secure server. All credit and debit transactions are processed by HSBC, so you can have full confidence that our online ordering service is secure.
As we cannot guarantee the security of data you send us by email, it is advisable not to send payment information by this method.
For your reassurance, BabyBox London Ltd is fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998, E-Commerce Regulations 2002, Privacy & Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 and the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
